Sales Operations Analyst

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Calculate sales commissions while leading initiatives to automate and streamline the commission process.
- Oversee the accuracy of sales forecasts by collaborating closely with the sales team.
- Ensure CRM data integrity through regular audits and maintenance.
- Create and update CRM reports and dashboards to provide clear visibility into performance metrics.
- Act as a champion for sales tools by updating user documentation and conducting training sessions.
- Address inquiries from the sales team and other functions regarding tools and processes.
- Test new CRM functionalities before deployment.
Requirements
What you’ll need- A relevant university degree in Economics, Finance, or related.
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in calculating and managing sales commission processes.
- Proficiency in working with numbers, reports, and sales analytics.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Fluent in English.
