About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own regional business outcomes across quality, delivery, customer experience, cost, and people results for a multi state Applications organization.
  • Lead through people leaders (manager of managers) with accountability for leader capability, performance management, engagement, and succession readiness.
  • Build and execute the regional operating plan, including demand forecasting, capacity modeling, prioritization, and trade off decisions.
  • Own financial stewardship for the region, including controllable expense (travel, overtime, productivity/utilization) and execution within operating targets.
  • Establish and sustain a rigorous operating rhythm (Daily Management / Policy Deployment), translating performance data into durable corrective actions.
  • Serve as the regional integration point across Service, Sales, Operations/PMO, and Commercial leaders to resolve systemic issues and deliver shared outcomes.
  • Lead enterprise or cross - regional initiatives with measurable impact beyond direct span of control.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree with 14+ years’ experience OR master’s degree with 12+ years’ experience
  • Demonstrated accountability for regional or multi site performance outcomes (quality, delivery, customer experience, productivity)
  • Demonstrated accountability for financial or cost management, including controllable expense, capacity, or productivity decisions
  • Demonstrated leadership of cross - functional initiatives across multiple stakeholder groups (e.g., Service, Sales, Operations/PMO, Commercial)
