About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for customer satisfaction in all aspects of the job.
Drive a sense of urgency to ensure customer needs are addressed promptly and with an emphasis on a “first time fix”.
Manage a customer account in its entirety and determine where additional value can be provided.
Build and grow strong customer relationships while contributing to individual and district revenue success.
Support field service maintenance agreement growth through monthly recurring billing.
Achieve visibility and accountability, with expected year-over-year growth target of 8–10%.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Associate’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, biological or life science, or a similar discipline, or equivalent military experience.
Experience using standard test equipment to troubleshoot and service instrumentation.
Ability to lift 50 pounds.
Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
Local travel is required for this role daily. Ability to travel overnight 25 ‐50% of the time.
Previous field service experience in related field is a plus.
Highly computer literate (Microsoft Office Suite, PowerBI, Sales Force, ServiceMax).
