Senior Leader, Project Management

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the execution of strategic, cross-functional projects across all phases within the Commercial Excellence portfolio intended to drive improvements in 3 areas: 1) Return on selling time, 2) Ease of doing business and 3) Returning time back to sell
- Lead cross-functional project teams through project plans delivered on time, on budget and with minimal risk
- Assume responsibility for project updates at PMO Review with VP of Commercial Excellence and designated OpCo leaders
- Participate in the rollout of annual improvement priorities outlined in Strategic Plans and executed through Policy Deployment
- Act as the primary point of contact for Cytiva OpCo leaders on in-flight initiatives and identify new demands for PMO initiatives from OpCo leaders
Requirements
What you’ll need- Undergraduate degree in the Sciences, Engineering, Business Administration or related field
- Multiple years of experience with exposure to the Life Sciences, Healthcare or other regulated industries
- Proven track record of executing complex cross-functional project plans delivering business outcomes on time, on budget and with minimal risk
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, resourcefulness and ability to work independently
- Experience making recommendations to senior leadership based on data-driven and analytical methods
- Ability to travel up to 15% overnight and internationally.
