About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Execute the agreed sales strategy to achieve market share gain within the entire Irish territory
  • Act as the primary contact for customers, engaging with them to ensure business opportunities are maximised – encompassing both retention and competitor accounts
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets for profitable sales volume and margin dollars within assigned accounts and the overall territory
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, laboratory managers, and purchasing departments, to maximize our value proposition
  • Work on and lead/project-manage complex tender responses

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Medical Technology, Business, or a related field
  • Proven track record of successful sales experience in the diagnostics or medical devices industry
  • Demonstrated experience in the creation and execution of strategic account plans within the diagnostics or medical sector
  • Experience in retaining existing customers and managing competitive business in a complex medical environment
  • Fluency in English
