Maintain diagnostic tools in accordance with maintenance contracts
Conduct service, repair and/or installation of products or IT solutions at customer sites
Diagnose system failures and determine cost-effective solutions
Respond to customer support calls within an assigned territory

Requirements

What you’ll need

Associate degree or equivalent military experience
0–1-year experience diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electromechanical, robotics, electronic equipment, and/or instrumentation
2+ years’ experience of troubleshooting, installation, validation, preventative maintenance, and/or service repair (a plus)
Technical college major such as biomed, engineering, or related (a plus)
