Bioprocess Account Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage assigned customer and distributor accounts to support sales growth, customer satisfaction, and market presence.
- Execute account plans and sales activities aligned with Cytiva’s commercial strategy and defined targets.
- Collaborate with sales specialists and technical teams to support solution‑based selling and design‑in activities.
- Identify, track, and progress opportunities, including forecasting, quotations, and CRM updates.
- Ensure compliance with Cytiva policies while sharing market insights and supporting digital sales processes.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology, Bioengineering, Life Sciences, Chemistry, Molecular Biology, Business Administration , or a related field
- Several years of experience in Account Management or Sales , preferably within the Biotechnology or Life Sciences industry
- Experience supporting customer and/or distributor relationships in a commercial role
- Experience working within cross‑functional or matrix organizations
- Fluent English and local language
