Requirements

What you’ll need

Juris Doctor (JD), LLB, or equivalent legal degree.
Licensed to practice law in a U.S. state or territory (waiver into Washington, D.C. bar will be required).
Minimum 5 years of legal experience in commercial contracting (procurement contracting experience preferred).
Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
Solid understanding of contract law, procurement processes, and commercial risk allocation.
Previous experience in Sustainability, ESG regulations, or supply chain compliance (preferred).
