Lead NACO contract compliance governance by enforcing contractual terms.
Drive revenue optimization across post-sale contracts and mitigate financial risk.
Serve as a strategic partner to Sales and key customers.
Enable strong cross-functional alignment by collaborating with Finance, Sales, Legal, and Contract Development.
Provide leadership and oversight to the Compliance team.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field
10+ years of experience in contract management, compliance, sales leadership, finance or client services within a complex organization
Proven experience working with Sales teams and engaging directly with customers to negotiate and resolve contractual issues
Strong understanding of GPO pricing structures, rebate programs, freight revenue recovery, Contracting software and tech, and overall quote-to-cash processes
Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams and driving compliance initiatives.
