Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree with preference for 8+ years of related work experience OR Master's degree with preference for 6+ years of related work experience
Multiple years of experience leading complex, cross‑functional initiatives in a regulated, global, or data‑driven environment
Proven ability to drive execution across multiple stakeholders
Demonstrated experience partnering with Finance on budget management
Hands‑on experience applying structured continuous improvement, Lean or enterprise operating system methodologies
