Key responsibilities & impact

Leading cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery of instrumentation and successful installation/training for customers
Preparing customers for successful implementations and communicating project milestones to customers
Building productive, proactive relationships by engaging with members across different functions of the organization
Prioritizing multiple projects at any given time and establishing long-term customer relationships as the main point of contact following product sale
Identifying customer needs to educate and promote value-added services that support long-term customer success

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a Business or Health Science discipline
Proven record of accomplishment with a strong background in Sales Operations or Customer Support
Experienced in a customer-facing support role
20% travel required, overnight, within North America
Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
Holds a Project Management Accreditation such as PMP or Prince 2 is a plus
Experience in the Life Science industry with Lab Automation instrumentation
Experience with Microsoft Apps and DBS tools such as PSP, value stream mapping, and process flow charts is a plus
Experience in networking (e.g. TCP/IP, DNS, troubleshooting), Windows security (Active Directory, Group Policy, access control), and exposure to Laboratory Information Systems (LIS) is desirable.
