Key responsibilities & impact

driving sales growth, market development, and clinical adoption of Beckman Coulter Diagnostics Hematology and Urinalysis solutions
Provide advanced technical and scientific support to the Sales force on Hematology and Urinalysis solutions
Contribute to profitable sales growth within the local market for the assigned customer portfolio, in partnership with the Sales team
Perform field demonstrations of Beckman Coulter instruments and reagents at customer sites
Plan and conduct customer meetings to address complex technical topics and support the definition and finalization of solutions for public tenders and bids
Build and maintain strong, long‑term customer relationships
Conduct follow‑up visits to customers to verify installation status, support system adoption, and reinforce customer loyalty.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Biomedical Laboratory Techniques, or a related scientific discipline.
Multiple years of experience as an Application Specialist, Product Sales Specialist, or Medical Laboratory Technician in public or private hospital laboratories.
Solid knowledge of Hematology; experience with Beckman Coulter Hematology instrumentation is considered a strong plus.
Proficiency with standard IT tools and personal computers.
Fluent Italian and English proficiency at B2 level or higher, both written and spoken.
Willingness to travel up to 80–90% of the time within the Central Italy territory /Italy.
Valid driver’s license.
