Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, or a related discipline; advanced degree strongly preferred, including MBA or PhD
7 or more years of experience in strategy, market intelligence, competitive intelligence, consulting, corporate strategy, or related roles within healthcare or life sciences
Demonstrated experience advising executive leadership and influencing enterprise-level strategic decisions
Proven experience building, developing, and leading high-performing teams in matrixed organizations
Deep analytical expertise with the ability to model, interpret, and synthesize complex data and evolving market trends
