  • Manage district P&L to meet profit targets
  • Champion kaizen and DBS methodologies to streamline operations and enhance service delivery
  • Partner cross-functionally to develop value-driven service packages

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or Military equivalent (E-6 or greater) with 6+ years’ experience in field service as a people leader OR Master’s degree with 5+ years’ experience
  • Inclination and ability to listen to various stakeholders (e.g. Customers, Sales) and generate actionable insights
  • Ability to communicate expectations regarding performance and hold people accountable for results
  • Commercial experience, including direct selling of products or services
  • Exposure to and ownership of a P&L
  • Able to travel 25% - 50% of the time within region and/or business unit locations within the United States.
