Drive stage-gate/tollgate execution by defining clear deliverables
Build and run the integrated project plan (schedule, critical path, resources, dependencies)
Establish project governance & stakeholder alignment
Own performance reporting & continuous improvement

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in life science, chemistry, chemical engineering, or related field
5+ years of experience in product development, R&D, operations, and/or life science consumables
3+ years in project management, including at least one product development program delivered to launch
Experience running stage-gate/design control in a regulated development/manufacturing environment
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) plus MS Project (or equivalent scheduling tool)
