💰 $92,500 - $120,000 per year
About the role
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver NPD and value engineering programs from concept through launch
- Drive stage-gate/tollgate execution by defining clear deliverables
- Build and run the integrated project plan (schedule, critical path, resources, dependencies)
- Establish project governance & stakeholder alignment
- Own performance reporting & continuous improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in life science, chemistry, chemical engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in product development, R&D, operations, and/or life science consumables
- 3+ years in project management, including at least one product development program delivered to launch
- Experience running stage-gate/design control in a regulated development/manufacturing environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) plus MS Project (or equivalent scheduling tool)
