About the role

  • Support the Pall Aerospace business unit by enabling product development project success through data analytics, process improvement, and execution of established governance
  • Own the standard work for project critical tools, including their use, analysis, and continuous improvement
  • Support daily management rhythms and the tactical execution of active projects
  • Serve as the focal point for the Product Development portfolio with responsibility for Earned Value Management
  • Lead lower-risk projects to build project management capability and develop skills in preparation for a future Project Manager role

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Aerospace, or a related field required
  • Strong analytical and data manipulation skills (spreadsheets, databases)
  • Prince 2 or PMP project management certification, with particular knowledge with Earned Value Management
  • Proficiency with project management software and reporting tools
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
  • Ability to travel – with approximately 10% travel, overnight globally
