About the role
- Partner directly with customers to define project scope and requirements
- Plan and manage projects by establishing budgets, schedules, risks, and mitigation plans
- Lead project execution, managing budgets, timelines, quality standards, and scope changes
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams while serving as the primary liaison between the Pall Aerospace business and customers
- Drive process improvement initiatives, define performance metrics, and hold teams accountable
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Aerospace, or a related field required
- Master’s degree or MBA preferred
- Prefer 5–10 years of project or program management experience within the aerospace industry
- Demonstrated success in managing complex aerospace product development projects end-to-end
- Proven ability to lead and influence cross‑functional teams to deliver project objectives
- Project management certification (PMP or PRINCE2) with working knowledge of Earned Value Management
