💰 $75,000 - $95,000 per year
About the role
- Lead and manage engineering projects and design changes from concept through to implementation
- Utilize engineering principles and hands-on troubleshooting to drive to root cause and implement countermeasures for production issues
- Lead initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
- Manage all stages of process validation, including Process Failure Mode Effects Analysis (pFMEA)
- Participate and lead teams in continuous improvement events to improve quality, productivity and delivery of manufacturing processes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in the engineering field with 2+ years experience OR a Master’s degree in the engineering field
- Demonstrated experience in leveraging and applying technical expertise to solve complex problems in a fast-paced, regulated environment
- Experience identifying and implementing process improvements within a manufacturing environment
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities, capable of conveying complex technical concepts to varied audiences
