About the role
- Build, enhance, and maintain enterprise-level HR analytics and reporting solutions
- Advance the HR analytics platform through continuous improvement, innovation, and modernization
- Partner closely with People Insights, HR Technology, and other stakeholders
- Influence and strengthen HR data quality, governance, and compliance standards
- Contribute to large-scale, global analytics and transformation initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; preference for degrees in technology, data, analytics, computer science, or related fields
- 5+ years of experience
- Proven ability to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level analytics solutions
- Experience working in enterprise BI, analytics, or HR analytics platforms
- Experience building and supporting scalable data, including ETL processes, data models, KPI/metric calculations, and advanced SQL/PL-SQL development
- Strong commitment to ensuring data accuracy, reliability, privacy, and security
- Ability to translate business requirements into effective analytics solutions
