  • Build, enhance, and maintain enterprise-level HR analytics and reporting solutions
  • Advance the HR analytics platform through continuous improvement, innovation, and modernization
  • Partner closely with People Insights, HR Technology, and other stakeholders

  • Contribute to large-scale, global analytics and transformation initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; preference for degrees in technology, data, analytics, computer science, or related fields
  • 5+ years of experience
  • Proven ability to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level analytics solutions
  • Experience working in enterprise BI, analytics, or HR analytics platforms
  • Experience building and supporting scalable data, including ETL processes, data models, KPI/metric calculations, and advanced SQL/PL-SQL development
  • Strong commitment to ensuring data accuracy, reliability, privacy, and security
  • Ability to translate business requirements into effective analytics solutions
