Partner closely with People Insights, HR Technology, and other stakeholders
Influence and strengthen HR data quality, governance, and compliance standards
Contribute to large-scale, global analytics and transformation initiatives

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required; preference for degrees in technology, data, analytics, computer science, or related fields
5+ years of experience
Proven ability to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level analytics solutions
Experience working in enterprise BI, analytics, or HR analytics platforms
Experience building and supporting scalable data, including ETL processes, data models, KPI/metric calculations, and advanced SQL/PL-SQL development
Strong commitment to ensuring data accuracy, reliability, privacy, and security
Ability to translate business requirements into effective analytics solutions
