About the role
- Calculate sales commissions and lead initiatives to automate and streamline the commission process
- Oversee the accuracy of sales forecasts and ensure CRM data integrity
- Oversee the fulfillment of sales processes
- Create and update CRM reports and dashboards for performance metrics visibility
- Act as a champion for sales tools and provide ongoing user support
- Address inquiries from the sales team regarding tools and processes
Requirements
- A relevant university degree in Economics, Finance, or related
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in calculating and managing sales commission processes
- Proficiency in working with numbers, reports, and sales analytics
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel (pivot tables and formulas), Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Fluent in English
- Strong organizational skills, accountable, efficient, proactive, and communicative
