About the role
- Administering programs and conducting analysis related to merit, bonus and equity for our VP+ associate population
- Interact and present to high-level executives
- Prepare materials for the Board of Directors’ Compensation Committee
- Liaise with internal and external partners to fulfill all the duties of the executive compensation function
- Partner with Total Rewards team associates to deliver best-in-class programs
- Manage relationships with external parties to provide market insight and build expertise
- Conduct research and analysis to facilitate informed decision-making and maximize returns on executive program design, features, and benefits
- Support special projects to enhance internal processes and drive effective metric measurement
Requirements
- BA or BS from an accredited university in finance, business administration, HR, economics, or related field; MBA a plus
- At least 3 to 5 years of compensation-related experience, either in a corporate (publicly listed) or consulting setting
- Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze data, assess trends, and interpret compensation metrics and survey data
- Solid understanding of financial statements, markets, compensation structures, and regulatory environment, including SEC reporting requirements related to executive compensation
- Experience with HRIS (WorkDay a plus) and expert level of analytical and presentation tools (MS Office Excel and PowerPoint)
- Ability to travel – Approximately once a quarter to attend conferences, company events or training, team meetings and/or meetings with other stakeholders
- World at Work Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), Global Remuneration Professional (GRP) and/or Certified Executive Compensation Professional (CECP) Certified Equity Professional (CEP) is a plus.
