About the role
- Perform maintenance, modification and/or repair on mechanical, electro-mechanical, electronic and refrigeration instruments.
- Identify root cause of instrument malfunctions and determine feasibility of repair.
- Disassemble, replace or repair defective parts.
- Calibrate, adjust and certify overhauled or modified instruments.
- Test, certify and harvest spare parts.
- Support the warehouse returns department by identifying good and complete returned items including instruments and spare parts/assemblies.
Requirements
- Associate degree or Technical Certifications
- At least 1 year of experience in maintenance, modification and/or repair on mechanical, electro-mechanical, electronic and refrigeration instruments
- Ability to regularly lift, move, slide, raise and/or place up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand, walk (prolonged), and sit; squat and kneel, ascend and descend stairs; reach with hands and arms
