About the role
- Take accountability and control of the delivery of multi-disciplinary, Global Operations projects/programs
- Monitor, measure, and coach the execution of several projects to achieve program objectives
- Plan and design technology transfer/NPI projects/programs
- Establish and utilize effective risk management practices by properly identifying, assessing, tracking, and communicating risks
- Collaborate with Quality, Regulatory, and Operations stakeholders to increase efficiencies and effectiveness of design change and supplier qualification processes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering-related field
- 9+ years of experience with a manufacturing organization (or 7+ years with a master’s degree, or 4+ years with a PhD)
- Prefer 5+ years of experience in leading medium to large-scale technology transfer/NPI projects and design change programs
- Proven ability to manage medium/large design changes and technology transfer projects in the Medical Device or Diagnostics regulatory environment
- Proficiency in problem-solving methods and best-practice manufacturing techniques, including lean six sigma tools
- Ability to execute large cross-functional projects/programs, meeting quality, scope, cost, and time targets
