About the role

  • Provide sales leadership and direction to a team of Filtration zone leaders, Sales Specialists and Field Application Specialists
  • Drive growth and collaboration across all BTG operating companies
  • Meet and exceed orders and sales budgets as commercial leader for the modality
  • Work closely with product management and Upstream business unit leadership in deploying strategic plan for new products and growth initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Science or Technology or a Bachelor's with industry experience
  • 10+ years experience preferably in the Biotechnology/Biopharma industry
  • Experience managing large complex equipment projects associated with customer expansions and investments
  • Consultative selling experience such as Miller Heiman, SPIN, or similar
  • Team builder with previous leadership experience
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills
  • Working knowledge of lean principles as applied to problem-solving and growth
