About the role
- Provide sales leadership and direction to a team of Filtration zone leaders, Sales Specialists and Field Application Specialists
- Drive growth and collaboration across all BTG operating companies
- Meet and exceed orders and sales budgets as commercial leader for the modality
- Work closely with product management and Upstream business unit leadership in deploying strategic plan for new products and growth initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Science or Technology or a Bachelor's with industry experience
- 10+ years experience preferably in the Biotechnology/Biopharma industry
- Experience managing large complex equipment projects associated with customer expansions and investments
- Consultative selling experience such as Miller Heiman, SPIN, or similar
- Team builder with previous leadership experience
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- Working knowledge of lean principles as applied to problem-solving and growth
