About the role

  • Work with a team to deliver customer operations insights
  • Perform research and investigation of business systems and problems
  • Interpret and analyze clinical data from various sources
  • Assist team members in identifying potential areas of opportunity
  • Provide analytics, statistical findings, and conclusions to guide improvement strategies
  • Design, produce, and support development of clinical dashboards, KPI informatics, and reports
  • Identify industry trends and integrate trend analysis data into forecasting and reporting processes
  • Develop a full understanding of clinical programs intersecting with the Performance Partnership program

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field, public health, or Medical Laboratory Science
  • 5 years of experience as Data Analyst or LIS analyst
  • 2 years in a health care environment
  • Experience working with large data sets (1,000,000+ records)
  • 3+ years of cloud experience (storage accounts, SQL, Fabric, semantic modeling, Power BI)
  • Advanced knowledge of major DBMSs (Azure SQL preferred)
  • Advanced Excel skills, with previous experience developing macros and automation (VBA)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
