About the role

  • Develop and execute tailored account plans for strategic BioPharma customers in partnership with regional commercial teams
  • Drive global sales funnel and revenue growth across priority BioPharma accounts
  • Build and nurture senior level relationships and serve as executive sponsor
  • Set clear expectations, establishing KPIs, and fostering a culture of performance and professional growth
  • Collaborate across Danaher Life Sciences operating companies to develop joint account strategies and workflow solutions

Requirements

  • Strong experience in commercial life science roles
  • Prior experience in strategic partnership/key account management in the life science industry is required
  • Comprehensive understanding of the life sciences industry, products, and services
  • Experienced working in matrix organizations with a cross-functional mindset
  • Bachelor’s degree in a life science field, with an advanced degree (M.S., Ph.D.) in a STEM discipline being a strong plus
  • Ability to travel – 50% overnight, within territory, both nationally and internationally
  • Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
