About the role
- Develop and execute tailored account plans for strategic BioPharma customers in partnership with regional commercial teams
- Drive global sales funnel and revenue growth across priority BioPharma accounts
- Build and nurture senior level relationships and serve as executive sponsor
- Set clear expectations, establishing KPIs, and fostering a culture of performance and professional growth
- Collaborate across Danaher Life Sciences operating companies to develop joint account strategies and workflow solutions
Requirements
- Strong experience in commercial life science roles
- Prior experience in strategic partnership/key account management in the life science industry is required
- Comprehensive understanding of the life sciences industry, products, and services
- Experienced working in matrix organizations with a cross-functional mindset
- Bachelor’s degree in a life science field, with an advanced degree (M.S., Ph.D.) in a STEM discipline being a strong plus
- Ability to travel – 50% overnight, within territory, both nationally and internationally
- Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
