About the role
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for commercial and revenue performance improvement
- Develop and deliver dashboards, reports, and forecasts to support strategic decision making with Sales Leaders and their teams
- Support territory planning, quota setting, and incentive programs that align with organizational strategy and provide direction to selling teams
- Maintain and assist in routine contracted pricing updates for Abcam’s global customer base
- Maintain and optimize CRM systems along with IT business partners to ensure that data integrity exists and accurate reporting is available for commercial leads
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field
- 3+ Years of experience in Sales Operations or Commercial Operations related roles
- Expertise with data visualization tools (Tableau and PowerBI)
- Firm understanding of sales processes, revenue drivers, and an ability to translate commercial strategy to tactics with management
- Strong interpersonal skills to work cross-functionally with customer operations and sales leadership
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs with in-depth Excel skills
