About the role
- Align with senior business leaders on marketing targets (leads, lead conversion rates, win rate, etc…) to support the viral vector business objectives
- Drive commercial excellence across the viral vector business unit around developing and accelerating the orders funnel
- Own commercial launch of new product offerings for viral vectors and be accountable for key success indicators such as revenue achievement
- Work cross functionally and be accountable for the successful execution and performance of campaign messaging and tactics
- Improve processes critical to the functioning of the marketing function using Danaher Business Systems (DBS) methodology
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- 5+ years experience in a commercial, marketing, or product management position
- 3+ years experience in owning a territory or portfolio revenue number and a history of success in driving growth
- Demonstrated success in product development and launch
- Managed and allocated a budget in line with organizational goals
