About the role

  • Guide product strategy for Hematology Product portfolio
  • Collect Voice of Customer (VOC) to drive new product development
  • Be accountable and responsible for product and life cycle management including, design, development, production, and growth
  • Understand customer needs and validate solutions
  • Capture, summarize, and relay customer needs to design teams to improve product features
  • Perform research and analysis to identify competitive strengths and weaknesses that will be coordinated into NPD and training tools
  • Collaborate closely with internal and external partners: global marketing, regional marketing, and procurement to increase revenues and profitability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Science, Business or related field, or MLS (ASCP) certification with 9+ years of relevant experience OR Master’s degree with 7+ years of relevant experience
  • Track record in developing new product development strategies and roadmaps
  • Expertise in presenting, engaging and debating with industry and hospital executives ensuring the best outcome for the business.
  • Leading projects with risks and complexity, collaborating with cross-functional teams of R&D, global/regional marketing, regulatory, clinical, quality and operations.
  • Develop and negotiating, with legal representation, business and/or research agreements.
