About the role

  • Develop and execute strategic territory plans to drive growth and customer loyalty
  • Build strong, consultative relationships with key stakeholders through regular customer visits and on-site engagement
  • Identify opportunities and deliver tailored solutions that create lasting customer value
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless support and customer satisfaction
  • Share market insights, customer feedback, and strategic ideas with the Sales Manager and Inside Sales team

Requirements

  • A passion for sales and customer engagement, with a proactive and strategic mindset
  • A degree in Biochemistry, Chemistry, or a related Life Science field
  • Strong knowledge of Chromatography and/or analytical workflows
  • Proven success in consultative sales, including negotiation
  • Comfort and enthusiasm for regular customer visits (~70%) to strengthen relationships
  • A valid driving license required
  • Hands-on experience in a laboratory setting, especially using HPLC would be a Bonus
