About the role
- Responsible for creating the foundation for the strategic plans and decisions that will shape Global Operations
- Create and maintain models that reflect the current state and utilize them to test future scenarios
- Breakdown significant strategical problems through quantitative thinking and analysis
- Visualize and communicate solutions to influence decision making
- Collaborate in teams and with people at all levels of the organization to build and test hypotheses
- Adapt to changing and often ambiguous situations as strategies take shape
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 9+ years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain or closely related field
- Master’s degree with preference for 7+ years of experience
- Strong analytical skills with experience in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power BI, or other analytical tools
- Strong communication skills and facilitation skills with demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional strategic planning sessions
- Ability to travel up to 20%
