About the role
- Responsible for customer satisfaction in all aspects of the job
- Increase throughput and decrease downtime
- Conduct regular Preventive Maintenance and upgrades
- Advocate for the customer and steward for the company
- Collaborate with the District Service Manager and Life Sciences Service Organization
- Regular driving commute to National Institutes of Health (NIH) in Bethesda, Maryland
Requirements
- Associate's degree in mechanical, electrical, biological science or military equivalent
- 1 year of experience in computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite, Windows base networking) as well as Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
- Minimum 3 years of troubleshooting skills and ability to use documentation for troubleshooting
- Ability to travel overnight 40‐50% of the time
- Valid passport or equivalent for travel into Europe
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- 2+ years of prior field service experience in related field preferred
