About the role

  • Responsible for customer satisfaction in all aspects of the job
  • Increase throughput and decrease downtime
  • Conduct regular Preventive Maintenance and upgrades
  • Advocate for the customer and steward for the company
  • Collaborate with the District Service Manager and Life Sciences Service Organization
  • Regular driving commute to National Institutes of Health (NIH) in Bethesda, Maryland

Requirements

  • Associate's degree in mechanical, electrical, biological science or military equivalent
  • 1 year of experience in computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite, Windows base networking) as well as Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
  • Minimum 3 years of troubleshooting skills and ability to use documentation for troubleshooting
  • Ability to travel overnight 40‐50% of the time
  • Valid passport or equivalent for travel into Europe
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds
  • 2+ years of prior field service experience in related field preferred
