About the role
- Lead and execute global commercial initiatives for Computational Pathology
- Manage strategic partnerships by facilitating commercial interactions and serving as primary escalation point
- Collaborate with Digital Pathology Business Unit to develop marketing content and enablement tools
- Drive go-to-market programs and ensure training readiness for High Growth Market associates
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience, MBA preferred
- Minimum of 10 years of demonstrated success in selling medical equipment or consumable products to the hospital or research marketplace
- Leadership experience driving functional projects and programs with external partners
- Proven track record of personally closing high-value deals in a technical or consultative sales environment
- Ability to lead with Continuous Improvement tools to enhance process and increase efficiency
- Ability to work alongside senior stakeholders to effectively influence and gain alignment across internal and external teams
