About the role
- Define and execute the India commercial strategy for Leica Microsystems
- Own full P&L accountability for the region
- Oversee the service business and ensure service quality
- Drive integrated marketing campaigns and localise strategies
- Partner with HR, Finance, Legal, and Operations
- Set and deliver ambitious financial targets
- Build and mentor a high-performing team

Requirements
- 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in life sciences, diagnostics, or medical devices
- Proven track record in managing P&L
- Previous involvement in organizational transformation
- MBA or advanced degree in science, engineering, or business
- Strong commercial acumen with ability to develop innovative strategies
