About the role
- Advising and supporting research customers and channel partners/dealers in confocal microscopy
- Conducting sales conversations with confidence
- Supporting regional dealers and distributors in advanced confocal microscopy projects
- Providing intensive support to core imaging facilities and key institutes within the sales region
- Generating leads through marketing activities, product presentations, and workshops
- Supplying sales management and marketing with insights on market share development, competitor activities, trends, and market dynamics
Requirements
- University degree in biology or a related life science field
- Several years of sales experience in the life sciences or advanced biology industry
- Hands-on experience in microscopy and specialized microscopic techniques, particularly confocal microscopy, with strong technical understanding
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English; German language skills are a plus
- Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
