About the role
- Ensure customers are prepared for analyzer verification and meet implementation milestones
- Completes Verification studies on instrumentation
- Provides onsite training for operation of instrumentation
- Handle customer satisfaction to sustain business growth
- Works collaboratively with marketing, service, and sales teams
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology, Science or related field
- 2+ years’ experience in Laboratory/Diagnostic instrumentation or related field or Diploma with 3+ years of experience
- Fluent in English spoken and written
- Advanced understanding of Diagnostics or Healthcare Industry
- Strong technical communication skills
