About the role
- Manage Channel Partners (CPs) and Channel Partner Specialists in the assigned countries in EMEA region
- Proactively seek and find new CPs in the territories not served by IDT business
- Sign up new CPs by issuing contractual re-seller agreements
- Support product and sales trainings
- Monitor and evaluate CP performance with sales and activity based KPIs
- Set up sales targets and take full responsibility in achieving and exceeding set targets
- Track team and associate level KPIs to drive team to achieve targets in the region
- Develop and execute strategies to drive sales and market penetration in CP-assigned territories
- Monitor CP performance by supporting regular online or face to face meetings and applying DBS tools
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree, or Ph.D. in Life Sciences Preferred or combination of education and experience
- Experience in managing sales through Channel partners in EMEA min 3 years
- Experience in leading teams min 3 years
- High level of life sciences business acumen
- Proficient in English
- Exposure to public tenders/frame works processes/procurement business is a plus
- Experience with CRM (SFDC)
