About the role
- Understand the Leader's goals and priorities to anticipate needs and align support accordingly.
- Proactively manage the Leaders’ daily schedule and calendar.
- Provide Seamless Operational Support.
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of executive meetings including and not limited to conference room reservations, teleconference & video conference set-up, catering, and associated meeting logistics including related social activities for both on-site and off-site events.
- Arrange complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas.
- Coordinate with Communications and HR to distribute announcements on behalf of the Leader.
- Lead projects as directed by the CFO and VP, Information Technology by clarifying roles and responsibilities among team members, ensure timelines are met, deliverables identified, and resources are aligned.
Requirements
- High school diploma (or equivalent) with 5+ years of related work experience
- 3+ years of project management skills and experience in event planning, managing and coordinating all aspects of executive meetings and conferences from inception to completion.
- Excellent computer skills: Outlook (e-mail and calendar management), Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office products.
- Demonstrate resourcefulness with proven ability to anticipate needs, prioritize responsibilities, manage multiple priorities with tight timelines, take initiative, be a self-starter and solve problems calmly and professionally in a team environment.
