About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- 自觉遵守劳动纪律和安全操作规程，做到安全生产无事故；及时发现和反馈安全隐患，防止安全事故发生。
- 严格执行造纸标准操作规程，认真工作，完成生产任务，做好生产和交接班等记录。
- 严格执行造纸质量要求，注意过程控制，确保产品符合质量要求。
- 认真完成设备的日常维护和巡检要求，正确处理生产中出现的突发问题。
- 需要设备维护时及时联系工程部维修，注意清理工作现场，保持作业现场良好的5S。
- 完成主管经理交办的其他工作任务。
Requirements
What you’ll need- 高中、中专或中技以上学历。
- 两年以上车间生产工作经验，了解造纸原理和造纸流程，熟悉质量要求和检测方法，能够熟练操作造纸机以及相关设备。
- 愿意接受跨车间、多岗位工作安排，具备多技能需求。
- 熟悉GDP书写要求，能按要求填写生产记录。
- 工作认真负责，认同公司文化，爱岗敬业、有良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神，成为熟练工后，有能力带教新人。
- 身体健康，能接受倒班和加班。
- 有一定的英语使用能力优先考虑。
