About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide financial leadership and commercial decision support to the US Commercial organization
Partner with Sales, Marketing, Service, and Commercial Leadership to drive profitable growth
Manage reporting and KPIs across orders, revenue, funnel, pricing, productivity, and profitability
Deliver analysis and insights supporting growth and financial performance
Lead pricing, margin, and customer profitability analysis
Provide financial oversight of commercial investments, including incentive programs, marketing initiatives, customer programs, and other expenditures
Support month-end and quarter-end business reviews through variance analysis, risk and opportunity assessment, and action planning
Develop business cases and financial analyses for strategic initiatives, including territory optimization, resource allocation, growth investments, productivity improvements, market expansion, and process standardization
Identify risks and opportunities, challenge business assumptions, and support commercially aligned financial decisions
Report to the US Commercial Finance Director as part of the US Commercial Finance Team

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field with a minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in commercial finance, sales finance, FP&A, or business analysis; OR a Master's degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience
Strong understanding of commercial business drivers, including orders, revenue, sales funnel management, pricing, profitability, and customer performance metrics
Experience analyzing business performance, identifying risks and opportunities, and influencing decision-making through data-driven insights and recommendations
Ability to partner effectively with sales and commercial leaders in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex financial information into clear business insights
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Experience utilizing ERP, business intelligence, and performance management systems such as SAP, Power BI, OneStream, or similar platforms
CPA is a plus
