About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as a strategic business partner supporting the commercial organization across incentive compensation, territory design, quota setting, and sales performance analytics
- Partner with Sales Leadership, Commercial Operations, Finance, HR, and Global Compensation teams
- Support annual territory mapping and quota setting by preparing data, validating inputs, maintaining documentation, and aligning with commercial strategy and sales coverage needs
- Support administration of incentive compensation plans, including plan setup, eligibility tracking, quota assignment, performance tracking, payout calculations, and issue resolution
- Validate sales performance, bookings, revenue, quota, and payout data for accuracy, consistency, and timely stakeholder communication
- Maintain documentation of plan rules, quota assumptions, territory changes, calculation logic, and approval records
- Continuously improve incentive programs to drive business growth, align seller behavior with company objectives, and ensure operational excellence across EMEA
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or related analytical discipline
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Incentive Compensation, Sales Compensation, Commercial Excellence, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or related commercial functions
- Demonstrated experience supporting complex, multi-country sales organizations across EMEA or global regions
- Deep understanding of incentive compensation design principles, sales performance management, quota methodologies, and territory management
- Proven experience conducting compensation modeling, financial analysis, scenario planning, and performance analytics
- Advanced Excel skills including complex formulas, Power Query, pivot tables, and large dataset analysis
- Experience working with incentive compensation platforms such as SAP Callidus, Xactly, Varicent, Everstage, CaptivateIQ, Anaplan, or similar systems
- Strong business partnering skills with the ability to influence senior leaders and navigate cross-functional environments
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed organization
