About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Developing, supporting and executing the Dana Aftermarket business on the Commercial Vehicle channel.
- Establishing and implementing nationwide product sales strategies with the customers.
- Supporting sales activity of existing core products and identifying new products and technical programs.
- Management of existing and development of an overall product representative strategy.
- Management of relationships of all Commercial Vehicle program groups and associations.
- Researching and identifying additional sales and growth opportunities, developing sales packages, market development, and business development initiatives.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 12 years’ experience preferred in aftermarket sales
- experience in Marketing and Product Management is a Plus.
- minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and extensive work experience.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time
- ability to work non-traditional business hours as needed.
- Experience leading a group of sales team members.
