District Sales and Service Manager
Dana IncorporatedDistrict Sales Manager will cultivate customer relationships for Dana, a leader in driveline technologies. Role involves training, strategy development, and collaboration with internal teams.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Engage with customers to grow, develop, and cultivate relationships
- Effectively articulate the customers’ current and future needs
- Provide product, warranty, and applications training in support of sales objectives
- Develop/maintain technical competency for Dana products
- Maintain current knowledge of competitor activities and changes in the market
- Develop sales strategy and objectives to achieve goals as defined in assigned KPIs
- Make product presentations to purchasing, engineering, and other customer representatives
- Respond to customer requests for day-to-day requirements
- Provide customer forecast data
- Partner with internal Dana teams to achieve growth objectives
- Perform all other duties as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Business Administration, Engineering, or Related Field preferred
- 7+ years of work experience
- Preferred 5 years’ experience in Commercial Vehicle and/or Light Vehicle Aftermarket
- Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time needed, with the ability to work non-traditional business hours
- Driveshaft and axle product knowledge is a plus
