About the role
- New equipment/fixtures/tools design.
- And make specification to match function/ergonomic/EHS, sourcing /introduction/acceptance.
- Know how to calculate capability and research new process methods.
- Overseeing & troubleshooting production start-up.
- Root-cause analysis for corrective actions & problem solving.
- Working with suppliers, product engineers and customers in establishing quality production methods.
- Process documentation preparation (PFMEA/CP/WI/PFC…etc.).
- Project track and follow annual objectives.
- Other allocated work by manager.
Requirements
- Strong Auto CAD/ Pro-E understand or design ability.
- Should have lean & IE or other continuous improvement practice.
- Know well the application of relative tools.
- Bachelor degree majored in Mechanical engineering or equivalent experience.
- Over 3 years working experience in Mechanical engineering factory or equivalent.
- Automotive industry will be preferred.
- Broad knowledge machine design, control, error proof and ergonomic, lean/IE etc.
- Should have customized equipment/tooling/jig experience.
- Familiar with Punch die knowledge.
- Familiar with IATF16949 system.
- Strong experience of 5 tools.
- Good team work and fluent English skills.
