About the role
- Technical leadership, support and development of team members
- Daily team communication and preparation and conduct of team meetings
- Setup and commissioning of production equipment
- Job-related manufacturing
- Detecting, locating and resolving production faults
- Focused work while complying with all quality assurance measures
- Initiating tool and machine repairs
- Collaboration with Engineering, plant and tool maintenance

Requirements
- Completed vocational training in a metal or technical trade with knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics and electrical systems
- Experience in leading and motivating a team as well as in managing work processes
- Basic knowledge of SAP
- Experience operating machines and equipment
- High degree of independence
- Reliable working style
