About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support associates with Bra Fit Training and sales of the company’s brands
Communicate how essential and effective the company’s lingerie is for women
Support department store accounts and maintain the brands’ on-floor presence through retail merchandising execution
Educate consumers and sales associates on current assortment, new product launches, promotions, and events
Build Natori/Skarlett Blue business at each account, sell and promote the brand, and allocate prime floor space
Build relationships and partnerships with sales associates, managers, personal stylists, customer relationship managers, visual teams, and store managers
Lead consumer fit events and sales associate contests
Merchandise sales floors and organize stockrooms to encourage sales growth
Identify growth opportunities and opportunities to gain space and market share
Communicate with the manager and account executives regarding store visits and account updates
Travel to other stores within the region, including some overnight travel

Requirements

What you’ll need

2 years of lingerie fitting experience (required)
5 or more years of experience working in retail or wholesale for a retailer or apparel brand
Ability to work well in a team-oriented, highly multitasking environment
Exceptional interpersonal communication and writing skills
Strong presentation skills, with ability to deliver brand messages to individuals and groups in person and virtually
Energy, attention to detail, initiative, and enthusiasm
Demonstrated strength in customer service and merchandising
Must have a car
Must be located within driving distance of Kansas City, Missouri
Availability Monday through Friday during the day, with some weekends required
Willingness to undertake some overnight travel
