About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as a primary point of contact for employees and managers on HR-related questions and guidance
- Coordinate and manage onboarding and offboarding processes end-to-end
- Support employee relations matters, including addressing concerns and partnering with managers on appropriate next steps
- Assist with performance management processes, including reviews and follow-ups
- Support recruiting efforts and candidate experience, as needed
- Partner with payroll and benefits (via PEO) to help resolve employee inquiries
- Maintain accurate employee records and support HR operations and compliance
- Contribute to HR initiatives and process improvements
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1–3 years of HR experience (internship, coordinator, or generalist experience considered)
- Exposure to or interest in employee relations and manager support
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and sound judgment
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; HRIS experience (e.g., PrismHR, BambooHR) is a plus
