About the role
- Technical handling of incidents, changes and project work.
- Implementation and support of IT systems.
- On-site deployments at customer locations and in our data center.
- Assistance to 2nd- and 3rd-level support and vendor support.
- Preparation and maintenance of customer-specific documentation.
- Independent field service activities.
- Close collaboration with internal teams and customers to resolve issues efficiently.
Requirements
- Completed vocational training or degree in IT, telecommunications, or a comparable qualification.
- Knowledge of structured building cabling and telecommunications technology.
- Experience with protocols such as SIP and TCP/IP.
- Knowledge of routing/switching and experience with Microsoft and Linux operating systems/virtualization is desirable.
- Enthusiasm for learning new technologies and personal development.
- Independent and structured working style as well as strong team skills.
- Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken.
- Customer orientation and strong communication skills for direct customer contact.
- Coordination and conducting of customer meetings to plan installation appointments.
- Driver's license class B.
