About the role
- You will support the Sales team with research and quotation requests
- You will contribute to day-to-day sales operations
- You will maintain and update our CRM database
- You will prepare data, overviews and guides to optimally support the Sales team
- You will assist with outreach to potential event partners
- You will handle preparation and follow-up for internal and external meetings, including taking minutes and tracking results
- You will support the Sales team in planning and executing customer webinars
Requirements
- You are currently enrolled at a university, ideally studying Business/Economics or a comparable degree program
- You communicate clearly and confidently and have excellent verbal and written expression
- You work reliably, in a structured way and independently
- You have very good MS Office skills
- You have a quick grasp of new topics, are a team player and flexible
