- Plan, install, and configure IT and telecommunications systems
- Install hardware and software, commission and maintain IT systems
- Develop customer-specific solutions by adapting hardware and software
- Analyze and resolve faults and incidents
- Advise, support, and train our customers on systems, applications, and devices
- Direct contact with our customers during your apprenticeship
